Our practice
About Cloudsyncapps
A Hong Kong financial auditing practice built around procurement files, tender rooms, and the people who approve spend.
Why we exist
Purchasing decisions leave long paper trails. When those trails fray — split orders, thin tender minutes, invoices that outrun contracts — boards and lenders ask for an independent reading. Cloudsyncapps was formed to answer that request with fieldwork, not slogans.
Origin
The practice began after years of secondments inside Hong Kong trading and contracting finance teams, where the hardest questions were rarely about the general ledger and almost always about who authorised a buy. We opened our Admiralty base to keep those conversations close to Central’s commercial corridor while remaining independent of the firms we review.
How we work
We sample with purpose, interview buyers and approvers without theatrical “gotchas,” and write findings that name the control — not just the symptom. Draft reports always go to management for factual correction before final issue. We decline work where independence would be compromised by prior advisory roles on the same tender.
