Deposits and billing
A deposit of 30% of the agreed fee is typically invoiced on acceptance of the fee letter. Progress invoices follow fieldwork milestones. Final billing occurs on issue of the final report. See our refund policy for cancellation and work-already-started terms.
What we do not sell
Monthly software subscriptions, per-seat licences, or automated continuous-monitoring packages. If your need is an ongoing internal audit programme staffed in-house, we can advise on scope design but will not pose as a substitute for your permanent team.
