Fit for purpose

Boards and tender panels sometimes want a second pair of eyes before announcement — especially when scores are close, when a sole compliant bid appears, or when a late clarification changed the field.

What we examine

Invitation completeness, evaluation criteria application, conflict declarations, clarification logs, and whether scoring worksheets match the published method. We do not replace the panel’s commercial judgement; we test whether the documented process can withstand later challenge.

Timing note

These reviews succeed only when the full tender archive is available early. If documents arrive the afternoon before award, we will decline rather than issue a hollow clearance.
