Acceptance
By accessing https://cloudsyncapps.digital or engaging Cloudsyncapps for procurement compliance audits and related financial reviews, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission our work.
Services described
Website content describes professional audit and review services. It does not create a client relationship until a written fee letter or engagement letter is accepted by both parties. Informational fee ranges are not binding quotes.
Intellectual property
Reports, templates, and site content remain the intellectual property of Cloudsyncapps unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to the client. You may not republish site materials for commercial use without written permission.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate populations, timely access to records, and truthful responses during interviews. Concealment of material files may void findings reliance and may lead to termination of the engagement.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Cloudsyncapps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For commissioned work, liability caps and exclusions are stated in the engagement letter and apply in preference to these website terms.
Independence and conflicts
We may decline or withdraw from engagements where independence would be impaired. Prior advisory work on the same tender or supplier set must be disclosed by the prospective client at scoping.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any different forum clause in a signed engagement letter.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
